Terms of Service

Last updated September 18, 2026

These Terms explain how you may use Saturn and what you accept when you do. Please read them in full. If you do not agree, do not use Saturn.

Saturn is in demo while it prepares for launch. Tokens, prices, trades, wallets and statistics on saturnpad.app are simulated, and no token, including $SATURN, is live yet. Connecting a "wallet", launching or trading in the demo creates no blockchain transaction and spends nothing. These Terms apply now and when live features open, and we will update this notice at launch.

01About these Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and the team that operates Saturn ("Saturn", "we", "us"). They apply to the website at saturnpad.app, its pages and any related interfaces we make available (together, the "Interface").

By accessing or using the Interface you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use the Interface on behalf of an organization, you accept these Terms on its behalf and confirm that you are authorized to do so.

02What Saturn is

Saturn is a web interface that helps people create and trade tokens on public blockchains, currently Robinhood Chain. Saturn does not operate its own token contracts. Tokens are created and traded through third-party smart contracts, including the token factory of pons (the "Factory"), and through decentralized exchanges such as Uniswap.

Saturn is an independent interface. It is not operated by pons, and nothing on the Interface means that pons or any other third party endorses Saturn or any token.

Saturn is non-custodial. We never hold your funds, your tokens or your private keys, and we cannot move, freeze, reverse or recover any transaction. Every action is prepared by the Interface, reviewed and signed by you in your own wallet, and then executed by smart contracts on the blockchain.

We are not a broker, exchange, dealer, custodian, investment adviser or financial institution, and apart from $SATURN (see below) we do not issue, sell, promote or endorse any token shown on the Interface.

03$SATURN

$SATURN is the token of the team that operates Saturn. It launches through the same Factory and on the same terms as any other token on the Interface, and as its creator Saturn receives the creator share of its trading fees and any creator tax set when it launches.

$SATURN is not an investment, a share or a claim on Saturn or its revenue. Holding it gives you no ownership, voting, dividend or other rights, and we make no promise about its price, which can fall to zero. Features of the Interface that use $SATURN, such as boosts, can change or end at any time.

04Eligibility

You may use the Interface only if all of the following are true:

  • You are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, and you can form a binding agreement.
  • You are not the subject of sanctions administered by the United Nations, the United States, the European Union, the United Kingdom or any other relevant authority, and you are not acting for anyone who is.
  • You are not located in, or a resident of, a country or region that is under comprehensive sanctions.
  • Your use of the Interface and of the tokens and smart contracts it connects to is legal where you live and where you use it.

We may restrict access from certain locations or wallets at any time to comply with law or to manage risk. Do not use a VPN or other method to get around such a restriction.

05Your wallet and transactions

To create or trade tokens you need a compatible self-custody wallet. You alone are responsible for your wallet, your private keys and recovery phrase, and every transaction signed from it. If you lose access to your wallet, we cannot help you recover it.

Before you sign, check the details your wallet shows you: the contract you are interacting with, the amounts, the fees, the slippage and the network. Blockchain transactions are public and final. A transaction may fail, be delayed or execute at a different price than expected, and you may still pay network fees when that happens.

06Tokens launched through Saturn

Anyone can use the Interface to create a token. We do not review, verify, audit or approve tokens or the people who create them. A token appearing on the Interface, in rankings or in any list does not mean we recommend it or that it has any value.

Each token's settings are chosen by its creator within the options the Factory allows. These can include a creator tax charged on buys and sells, the wallet that receives creator fees and whether part of the fees is used to buy the token back. Some settings, such as the fee recipient and buybacks, can be changed after launch, and the operator of the Factory has powers that can affect existing tokens, such as redirecting creator fees. Always check a token's current settings on its page and on-chain before you trade.

If you create a token, you are solely responsible for it, including its name, ticker, image and description, how it is marketed, any taxes you set and where they go, and complying with every law that applies to you and to the token. Do not describe a token as an investment or promise holders any return.

07Fees

Creating and trading tokens involves several kinds of fees, including blockchain network fees, fees charged by the Factory (such as a launch fee and a trading fee) and creator taxes set by token creators. Saturn does not add its own fee to launches or trades. Optional features, such as boosts, may require you to spend or burn $SATURN.

Where the Interface can calculate them, fees are shown before you sign. Fees are set by smart contracts and third parties and may change. Fees are not refundable, including when a transaction fails.

08Risks

Creating, buying, selling or holding tokens is highly risky. You may lose all the money you put in. By using the Interface you accept these risks, including:

  • Price risk. Token prices can move sharply and quickly and can fall to zero. Many tokens have no use, no backing and no value.
  • Liquidity risk. You may be unable to sell a token at the price you want or at all.
  • Creator risk. Creators or other holders may sell large amounts, change token settings, mislead buyers or abandon a project.
  • Smart contract risk. The Factory, decentralized exchanges and token contracts may not have been audited, and may contain bugs, be exploited or behave in unexpected ways.
  • Network risk. Blockchains can be congested, forked, attacked or halted, and transactions can be front-run by other participants.
  • Regulatory risk. Laws on tokens are changing and may restrict or prohibit activities available through the Interface, or affect taxes you owe.
  • Interface risk. Data shown on the Interface can be delayed, incomplete or wrong. On-chain data is the source of truth.

You are responsible for any taxes that apply to your activity.

09Prohibited use

You agree not to use the Interface to:

  • break any law or regulation, including laws on sanctions, money laundering, fraud, securities and consumer protection;
  • manipulate markets, including wash trading, spoofing, coordinated pump-and-dump schemes or misleading other users about a token;
  • create tokens that impersonate a real person, company, brand or project, or that infringe anyone's trademark, copyright or other rights;
  • publish content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, sexually exploitative, violent or that shares someone's private information;
  • attack, overload, scrape at scale, reverse engineer or interfere with the Interface or the people using it, or introduce malicious code; or
  • help anyone else do any of the above.

10Content you submit

When you create a token you may submit a name, ticker, image, description, links and similar material ("Content"). You keep any rights you have in your Content. You give us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to host, copy, display and adapt it as needed to operate and promote the Interface.

You confirm that you have the rights to your Content and that it does not break these Terms. We may hide, label or stop displaying any token or Content on the Interface at any time and for any reason. We cannot remove anything that is recorded on a blockchain.

11Third-party services

The Interface relies on services we do not control, including the Factory, blockchains, decentralized exchanges, wallets, data providers and block explorers. Their own terms and policies apply to your use of them. We are not responsible for them, for their availability or for any loss they cause.

12No advice

Nothing on the Interface, on our social channels or in our docs is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Information is provided for general purposes only. Make your own decisions and speak to a qualified professional if you need advice.

13Intellectual property

The Saturn name, logo, design and the Interface itself belong to us or our licensors. You may use the Interface for its intended purpose, but you may not copy our branding or present anything as made or endorsed by Saturn without our written permission.

14Disclaimer of warranties

The Interface is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy or uninterrupted, secure or error-free operation.

15Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Saturn and the people who build and operate it will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, tokens or other digital assets, arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Interface, any token or any third-party service.

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to the Interface is limited to one hundred US dollars (US$100). Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so some of them may not apply to you.

16Indemnity

You agree to defend and compensate Saturn and the people who build and operate it for any claims, losses and costs, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your use of the Interface, your Content, any token you create or your breach of these Terms or of any law.

17Changes and suspension

We may change, suspend or stop any part of the Interface at any time, and we may block your access if we reasonably believe you have broken these Terms. Because the smart contracts run independently, tokens and transactions on the blockchain are not affected.

We may update these Terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. If you keep using the Interface after an update, you accept the updated Terms.

18General

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. If we do not enforce a right, we have not waived it. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us about the Interface. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms. We may transfer ours, including to a legal entity formed to operate Saturn.

Before bringing any claim, you agree to contact us first and try in good faith to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.
